53 Years ago Today a Tragic Injustice happened.
He Was a Professional Soldier.
He was a Black Man from Mobile, Ala.
He Shouldn't have Been "In Country" But a Prejudice Piece of White Trash Stacked the Deck & made it happen.
He was KIA on his 29th Birthday.

HE WAS MY FRIEND

I am sorry for your loss and the pain that can accompany it.

May you take some comfort from the idea that your friend is never far from you in your thoughts and memories.
Small comfort , to be sure...but when a man is remembered , he is never completely gone.

All gave some, and some gave All, no sacrifice to this great nations should ever be forgotten! May you find peace in the knowledge that your friend did what he did to make the world a better place and we are all better for it! Your friend is at the hand of God, protecting the holy gates of heaven, there will he wait until all the world is at peace!
