Rem 870 youth front sight replacement

So I got a rem 870 20ga youth for my girls to shoot and it has a stainless steel bead on it, that's pretty much useless. I got a fiber optic front sight for it but it stickes out past the rib. The tapped hole for the front sight is only about 2-3 mm from the end of the rib. I want a fiber optic for it, I am having a hard time finding one that fits the 20ga youth. Any help/recommendation would be greatly appreciated.
