WTS/WTT OR Rem 700 CDL 243 with optics

I have an ex cond rem 700 CDL in 243. Included is also a bushnell elite 3200 4-14x40. approx 200 rounds fired.

The bad there is a nick in the wood at the end of the forearm and at the bottom of the pistol grip, the recoil pad is kind of sticky not sure what happen with that. I will include all brass I have if interested. I don't have the original box for the rifle but I do for the scope.

So those pads are defective and just degrade into a sticky mess. Call Remington and they will send you a new one quickly as they are aware of the problem.
