Does the rail have any moa built in and what sort of accuracy are you getting with what ammo?

The rail does not have any extra MOA height, here is the one I bought:
EGW 1-Piece Picatinny-Style Scope Base Ruger 10/22 Matte

I remember my best groups were with 168GR federal match, and could do ~1" groups. I bought a bunch of 150 Remington UMC for cheap and some 150GR hornady interlock for hunting and both would group well bit little more spread than the match. I never took it took it past 200yrds and the gun probably shoots better than I can shoot it
