reloading dies

Found 30 year old reloading dies in my Dads basement after he passed along with 45 acp, 38/357, and 44 special brass. I have not taken the dies apart. Some rust on set screws, not on the dies since they are stainless and tungston. Would like to know what to use to clean them and could the various companys replace the rusted parts if I contacted them.
