If your in West Salem or any where convenient to Dallas, there's Northwest Guns & Ammo. Open 1-6 mon thru friday. Great guy, highly recommend that shop.

I "think" he doesn't do person to person transfers, except for his current customers, by apointment.

There is another fellow who does do person to person transfers by appointment out of his office on the lake. Nice atmosphere.

Fifty 1 fifty 3 tactical in Monmouth, I think will do them. I used them for an online purchase once. They also offer a veteran discount.

Convenient if your near the airport, or to meet with someone coming off the 5. Also open for Sunday transfers.

That's good to know. I'm glad that they are working on reopening.

There's another FFL on Cherry just south of Bimart, Coat of Arms | Firearms & Cerakoting in Keizer, OR I've read that they do person to person transfers.
