So a while back I purchased a Taurus .357 with a 2" barrel. After shooting the crap out of it I had a chance to shoot the same weapon in a 3" barrel. For some reason that mere inch of length really added a good heft and balance to the weapon allowing my accuracy to heighten. I've done the research and found that a longer barrel will run me $45, as opposed to picking up a whole new revolver.
Has anyone had their revolver smithed to sport a new length of barrel, and not just by the shortening of a longer one?
