Rear Dovetail Specs on Remington R1S Enhanced

Can anybody verify the rear sight dovetail dimensions on a Remington R1S Enhanced pistol? I'm told that it's a Novak LoMount dovetail. That would be .497" wide at the base with 65 degree angles, with the front taller than the rear. Nobody seems to be able to say that the one actually fits the other. Here's the Novak LoMount drawing. Does the R1 Enhanced match this?



I'm looking seriously at a RMR type (Red Dot) rear sight for my Remington R1S Enhanced 1911. My eyes are not good at arm's length without glasses and with glasses I can see the sights, but can't see the target well. A Red Dot type sight might be my solution.

Yep, I already found that one, but wanted something a bit more official. It would be nice if Remington would just post the specs, but so far I've found nothing from them.
