So you are suggesting that we go to a USPSA match and while it's happening I let him blast off a few rounds?
After the match. Not at all uncommon for a ARPC member to do a little
"show and tell" with a guest AFTER the match is over. Typically the USPSA
matches have been winding up around 2 PM.
To the OP----if you show up early to watch the USPSA match (spectators are
welcome, bring eye and ear protection) this is fair warning. USPSA shooting
is very addictive. Sort of the crack cocaine of gunpowder burning:)

I have been looking for either of these guns at every gun store and show I could get to. No luck from Redding, CA to Tacoma, WA. I would absolutely love to try these guns out as they are both on my bucket list to buy and I have read that the Chiappa feels strange in ones hand.
I have a 9mm sp01 and I'm just south of you in Shedd. I've also got a place to shoot if you're still looking
