I got a hornady lock-n-load with eveything needed.

Dies are a great place to start, making sure they're calibrated properly. The other thing is the toggle linkage. When you pull the handle all the way down and let the ram with shell holder rest against the base of the die, look at the pivot pin at the base of the toggle. This pin walked out on me, and from what I have heard and read, it's not uncommon. It walked just enough to stop the ram a little bit, leaving me to think I had sized the brass completely. If the pin has walked out, you can knock it back in with a hammer. If not, the dies are certainly the other part of the equation. Best of luck! - Bobby
