RCBS warranty?

Did anybody ever dealt with their cs? I have problems with the lock out die so I called them up to see what they could do for me. I told them what was going on, and all they said was to send it back to the address behind the instructions. That's it. I find that kinda weird. No prepaid box or print out or any type of order or return number. How would I know anything about my die???

RCBS will treat you right. I broke the depriming pin on a thirty year old .243 die. I called them up and they sent the parts to convert it to the modern configuration as well as a six pack of pins free of charge. They had it in the mail that day.
