Brand new, in box, RCBS Uniflow Powder Measure.
I am willing to meet somewhere convenient for both of us near Sherwood Oregon.
Asking $75 FIRM. Will consider trade for case trimmer.

Pours uniformly from measuring cylinder into case, eliminating clogging. Changes easily from charge to charge without emptying powder hopper.
