RCBS Turret Shell Plate Holder

I just got a RCBS Turret press and for the life of me I can not get the shell plate holder to go into the ram, where it is supposed to go. I have tried 4 different holders and no luck. I thought I read somewhere on here a long time ago about this problem but I could not find the post. Any ideas?

RCBS was contacted and they are going to send a whole ram unit out so hopefully this fixes things.

Their CS is great, they have always treated me right!

When X mas is over, Santa is going to treat himself to a new PRO 2000 to sit next to his RC/piggyback system. So he can pound out rifle on one and pistol rds on the other.
