Roll, or taper?

I always thought a pistol die set would have either a roll or taper crimp built into the seater. There's a taper crimp on my Lee. I have also used a 38 special seater to roll crimp 9mm when I loaded cast bullets.

Apparently the rcbs die set I have needs a seperate crimp die
