When you have non RF people putting in Antennas in engine bays aka a Faraday cage effect, and then complain about coverage issues.

Where I grew up, we had ice cream vendor trucks that went around neighborhoods. Mostly Good Humor, but there was one independent. He was an older peg leg (really) man named Mack. In 1960, he bought a new GMC with the 305 cu. in. V-6 engine, the first V-6 I ever saw. His truck was all new, the custom box on the back had lots of chrome on it, US flags flying on the nose of the vehicle, special musical horn, what a rig.

Sorry, no picture, but reference the 1960 GMC above.

Finally got to enjoy a day off. Went fishing. Fish were enjoying a day off as well, apparently.

Things you wonder about when the stupid fish aren't biting...

My Dad had a 1961 GMC Short Wide Box with that 305 V6, three on the tree with positraction. It was a fun truck to drive, and very powerful in second gear - kept up with a 1963 Corvette (for a short while).

You did have to be careful with the posi turning corners with it being so short. It would get a little squirrely. That 305 was a great motor.

I should have bought it from him before it became the farm truck.
