The problem is that most of the schmucks in government don't think they're being unconstitutional.....

Don't think they are. Don't care if they are. They just know they are gaining ground and like a shark smell blood in the water. Most, as 99% of their ideas don't make a bit of sense. A lot they have no path to implement them. California's assault weapons registration saw a guy arrested for trying to register his rifle. Bump stocks & magazine destruction have no clear way to prove you did or didn't follow their bs rule.

1. If they swore an Oath to the Constitution , that INCLUDES the 2nd Amendment !
2. Thomas Jefferson said "The remedy for evil men is not the abrogation of the rights of law abiding citizens. The remedy for evil men is the gallows."
That needs to be the Battle cry of The Republic !

They view the Constitution as an impediment, not the founding compact between the State and the Governed.
Heritage Americans are all Tangos in their eyes.
They hate us and want us dead or enslaved.
