Do you have any grasp of reality?
The shooter was barricaded at a site miles away. . Zero threat to the hospital or anyone in it.
Who at the hospital would the family and friends of the victims take revenge against?

Sometimes, not flying off the handle is a good thing. Zero danger? Really? Were you there? Do you know all the parties involved well? What about vengeful friends of victim or suspect? What if it was a gang thing and other gang members were out to finish the job? What if victim's families think the perp is there anmd grabbed their guns? You know, not all facts are completely known instantly and fully by everyone with skin in the game. Not even in the internet age.

FACT: Most all channels on YouTube are posting clickbait. There is money in it. This is such an example.

We are paranoid enough as is. This gives the left bait and gives the center reason to take the bait.

Elections are won by swinging the center. Convincing the center that paranoia is normal is NOT the way to win elections. Been watching this for over 50 years. Reason and logic still count for something.
