INteresting picture... looks like the guy bolted parts from an old TV antenne or a hedge trimmer to an AR receiver, and the green light bar is kind of weird. Neighborhood watch? Tactical Ted? I read the article and it doesn't say who these guys are. And I'm not so sure that - if I understand the tech - these are legal for anyone but FedGoons to operate, as radio jammers / gps jammers are illegal and federally regulated.

That said - I'm all for it if it's real deal - it's a way to stop peeping tom perverts without blasting buckshot at your neighbor's house...
