That casing looks very odd with the base recessed like that.

The 50 Beowulf that I have has the same smaller base. It allows it to use a 7.62x39 bolt since the base is the same. Probably the same for that 50 saber round. Though it looks even smaller

Had my first experience with them a couple weeks ago, very knowledgeable and kind people. Can't wait until I'm in their area during business hours, my wallet may be in trouble!!!
 
The .502 Thunder Sabre is not Jason's doing. Pat and Robin Church out of newberg designed it (Force 10 Firearms)/( Big Bore Canyon) from the already existing 50 Beowolf, and Jason and his dad bought the rights to produce it, as well as existing parts. Just giving credit where credit is due. ;)
