I dearly loved his "LAYYYYYYYYYYYDYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYY" bit. He was loved throughout the acting world. I liked his ability to take the absurd to the extreme, yet performing this on an intellectual level. I enjoyed his straight theater work, especially his appearance as Detective John Munch's uncle as a mentally ill patient that was lucid when under the influence of psychotropic (mind-correcting) drugs. The portrayal was unforgettable!

God bless you, Mr. Levitch. You will be sorely missed.
