Who cares about Michael Jackson? Billy Mays was a far greater loss. There is no better example of American Capitalism than Billy Mays.

    Goodnight, sweet, yelling prince.

I kid you not, he was mirrored in personality and image by one of my high school science teachers. You would be on the floor laughing if you met him, because you would immediately know exactly who I was talking about, too.

I remember when my old science teacher got up on a desk, animated and as loud as ever, when the desk broke and half and he slammed into the ground. Laughing, he got up. A few days later, he showed the class part of the massive purple bruise on his lower back/glute all the way to his rear upper thigh. Odd, not out of the ordinary with this guy. No, not in a creepy sort of way, either. Ha, wow.

He was a great personality and I really respected him for what he did. Especially considering he started on the streets, peddling items that he really believed in. I had really hoped to meet him someday just to shake his hand and thank him for helping "the little guys" get their ideas and products out to the world.

I loved his energy and seeing him a couple months back on Leno was awesome! What an intelligent man. You will be missed, Mr. Mays. Rest in peace.

Honestly, Billy Mays annoyed the heck out of me. He never spoke when I saw him on TV, he always yelled. But you always remembered what he was yelling. Obviously he knew what he was doing. I hope God has a good set of ear plugs. Rest in Peace.

Sad that he died but he really did annoy me. Not only are commercials louder than your shows but when he was on it was EXTRA loud. Also not a fan of Mad Money's Jim Cramer.
