Quietbore 22lr Can Engraving

To my surprise, when I received my quietbore 22lr silencer, they had lasered all the nfa info on to it for me.

It's not super deep though like regular engraving. Will the laser engraving suffice?

They saved you $60 by doing the engraving for you. Their web site says they will ship it engraved since you sent a copy of your submitted form 1 when you ordered. ATF requires the engraving to be min 1/16" height and .003" deep. They're good people with excellent pricing.

You paid for it when you purchased it. They raised their prices on everything to include it. Used to be a separate charge prior to the raid.

With the periodic sales, their prices are pretty good. For May, you get a free drill fixture when you order a suppressor. Aluminum .22 kit right now is $180. IMHO, it's a pretty good deal, especially when the engraving comes with it at that price.

Decent at $180. Honestly, their 22 can kits are kind of loud. Their process is pretty simple, so that's a plus. There are better kits though, that are much quieter. For $400ish completed and a months wait-ish, it's hard to beat though. A lot are getting out of the game. Pewpew made a really nice $200 kit that's way better than the Quietbore. Unfortunately they only have titanium now ...
