Can't / Won't Fix Quick reply button disappears intermittently with Smiley Bar enabled

Looking into this now. I believe it's actually a bug with the smiley bar making the reply button disappear.

Looks like it's not just for a PM, I can't respond to anything for now. For me the problem is just on my phone using chrome.

I just disabled the smiley bar, is it working now? (might take a few mins)

Didn't work on the iPhone X but works just fine on the iPad Pro....

We've had the smiley bar disabled since shortly after the update because of this. Once the Smiley Bar dev fixes the issue we'll turn it back on

Unfortunately, the developer of the smiley bar went MIA, meaning the smiley bar is no more

If he comes back and decides to update it, we'll look into the possibility of re-adding it.
