Quick 1911 Question

I have a Kimber Custom 11 Stainless and am ordering a mainspring housing. The description is for a goverment size or commander size. I assume I need the goverment size is that correct?

If it is a full size yes.

They should be the same. The government and commander have the same grip length. Your Kimber custom should be government length. The Kimber pro, Springfield champion, and Colt commander all use the same grip length as government.
