Too lazy to start digging for an answer.
Since buying my scope, I've always laid the rifle on it's side so the scope would do the "auto-off" IT shuts off as advertised. What I'm curious of is, will the scope eventually "auto-off" if the rifle is propped barrel up? I haven't tried to find out.
I may have gotten my answer. While I was asking, my rifle was prior, put barrel up. After posting my ?, I looked again and it was off. Testing again to confirm it was not a fluke.
Joy joy, it DOES turn off.
Now there's no need for anyone to answer, or the need for me to READ the manual
