Is it normal to have or to see brass shavings (it is coming from the case mouth) after every time I run my brass through the full size die? I have set the die according to the instructions given to me by the manufacturer, the top of the shell plate in contact with the bottom of the die. The case mouth have minute brass shavings after sizing it. This is on a Redding 300 AAC Blackout Die. Not only that, I had to run some of the brass through the die because the case mouth has no expanded enough to sit a .30 bullet. My brass are trimmed between 0.010 to 0.015 of the max length of the case.

    thank you all

Sounds like the center pin needs adjusted down a little to open the case mouth a little. The brass residue is normal but you may need to use a little more lube.
