I'm thinking about buying a set of dies that are marked .38WC I guess this means wadcutter. Can I use these on regular bullets? what about .357?
Can regular dies work with wadcutter bullets?
    Thank you

By regular dies I'd suppose you mean roundnose dies? Yes, you can use the swc stem on rn and fn. Yes, you can also use the dies on 357.

This is a wadcutter die, So I can use it for taller bullets? and what do they mean by "group B dies"

Yes, it'll work just fine. Group B simply means it's handgun dies is all. A = rifle dies, I think C was straight wall rifle ( like 45-70) and I can't remember what D and so on were for. It's sort of an older nomenclature.

You can get different stems for the seating die -- round nose, flat for watcutters, etc. Some places will make custom stems for a price.
