Question about approved stamp

Received my first stamps so the question may be silly

Pertinent info:
Form1 Suppressor
Trust
E-file

I printed out my approval and stamp, on the second page there are questions resembling a 4473 that are blank(I would assume because it's being built, not bought)...do these questions have to be answered on my paperwork that I keep in my safe or on me at the range? Or since it was built, can they be left blank?

No they do not get filled out. Your approved paperwork is just that.
Since it was on a trust, none of the questions apply anyways.

Page 2 would have been filled out if you didn't go the trust route. Photo and CLEO sign off stuff, which you'd need for the individual route. If you're approved, build away! When did you submit it?

I had a question kinda along the lines of his, I just got my first Suppressor and its on a trust, check cashed 5/29, stamp approved 9/10, stamp received 10/2... Do i need to engrave the trust name into the side of the can? and also, do I need to have a copy of the trust and stamp with the can at all times?

If you bought it on a form 4, then no. If you made it, form 1, then yes you engrave.

Copy of the trust? No. Copy of the approved/stamped form 4? Having a copy of that is a very good idea. It doesn't have to be full sized either.
