hi guys, so I decided to get rid of my eotech and get a 1x4 and think I have the ones I like narrowed down, first is the Burris xtr II, steiner military 1x4, and last maybe the meopta 1x4, I've never had a 1x4 and daylight visible reticle was the primary consideration, have any of you had any experience with these

    1 power with a 4mm objective lens? Or a 1-4 power with a 28mm objective?

I can get the Steiner on sale for $699 new, so it's a pretty good deal right now

Was going to recommend the Meopta but it is a lot more money than what you spent. Meopta is incredible glass and make some of the best optics you will find for the price.

There is such a fine line in high end optics any more. Pretty much all of them are excellent. I'm sure you will like what you bought.

found a mepota on ebay for $800 and almost pulled the trigger, but get the steiner military instead, i'm still getting used to it, a little more fish eye at 1 than I thought there should be, but not to bad and it is day light bright, the problem, is i'm just really not used to these kind of scopes and it will take a bit of shooting to see how it goes, but so far not bad, i do like the flexibility
