I'm looking for the following,

•M4 size railed handguards, really want KAS, but DD and other high end will be considered
•Flip up rear sight, not Magpul or anything cheap
•Surefire weapon light
•SOPMOD stock or maybe a Vltor

Let me know what you have. Scuffs and light scrapes are fine, but not looking for any painted stuff, just black.
