If I was Biden, I would give the all clear for Ukraine to use our gifted weapons at whatever range they will reach. Biden has little to lose as his political career is over. If I was Trump I would give Putin an ultimatum. Stop the invasion or Ukraine will receive the Golden Age of weapon gifts.
