Pudding pie!

Like pumpkin pie only better'r. Pudding squash are much sweeter then any other squash so the recipe uses 1/2 the amount of sugar as a pumpkin pie yet it is sweeter, the Coconut milk instead of evaporated milk puts it over the top!

I should have taken a pic of the pudding squash, they are small and round like those miniature pumpkins only they are white about the size of a softball/mushball.
