Have you guys seen grips like this before on a PTR-91? If so, who makes them? The front grip is slightly off center to better fit the angle of your wrist.
That's a steel lower which allows you to install whatever grips are out there, or make your own. Most if not all PTRs these days come with the Navy lower which is a one piece housing including the grip and all you can do is add a rubber slip on over grip like a piece of innertube, etc. With the steel type you could simply take a belt sander/grinder/files to a spare grip and make it the way you like it, polish it up and paint it with epoxy or something. That may be what you're posting up. Grips are cheap so if you screw up you can just toss it and get another
I plan to replace my Navy lowers with steel lowers and trick them out. The Navy are OK but I don't really like the grips. they will eventually be spare drop in replacement lowers
All PTRs and HKs desperately need a good trigger job, too but that's another story
