PT145 vs PT145 Milpro holsters

I am looking to get a new holster or two for my Milpro and am wondering what the difference is between it and a non milpro holster wise? I see some manufacturers list both, others just list the 145. If I had one made and the only dummy gun they had was a non-millineum, what difference should I expect?
