I can't help out with refunds or issues between buyer and the Oregon FFL. Purchase is final, as I am not sure I can even get my rifle back if they don't release it to you before the 8th.
Sorry for even having to write this, but I've got a lot of messages on other items regarding the new measure 114 and I just don't have the time or patience to keep typing "I have no idea what will happen after the 8th" lol.
