For sale is a lightly used complete Palmetto State 16" M4 Freedom upper with a brand new Matech rear flip-up sight and ambi charging handle. The previous owner told me he put 20 rounds through it, and I have put 10 rounds through it. As such it is in like-new condition. The rear sight was just mounted, and the charging handle was just added and has not seen any rounds.
Looking for $450 (Upper $350, rear sight $70, CH $30). Sale preferred, but would trade for a C&R pistol
