I agree . this really sucks . Is there a user guide posted somewhere. I have a alert and i cant find it . its like going through mazes just to PM someone . Its so frustrating . The whole look and feel is unwelcoming to a average person i am sure the younger more techie guys might be liking it but i sure don't
