PSA 9mm AR - Good, bad, junk?

Here is one that I built from a PSA stripped lower. I plan on using for uspsa pcc next month.

I kind of wish I had built mine as a rifle (uspsa pcc looks like a lot of fun) I might have to get a stamp in the works for mine so I can use it for pcc next year.

Not from what I was told at the last match I was at and the provisional division rules published in the annual uspsa front sight magazine state that they must be fitted with a stock, SBRs are allowed.

I've got a 16" PSA 9mm carbine. Love it.

Got a 3/4" three shot group @ 50 yds using a non magnified red dot with Sellier & Bellot $10/box ammo.

I was pleased!

Whatever you get do yourself a favor and install a KAK 10 oz extended buffer and a wolf extra power spring in it. Ive got Colt mag SBR 9's and pistol glock mag 9mm AR's and the heavy buffers shoot so much nicer

FWIW while Glock mag lowers are all the rage its LOT easier to load Colt pattern mags. Just avoid the X Products drums. Worst loading contraption ive ever used.

just finished my first ar9 build today. the upper is PSA bought on new years eve during a good sale, the lower is a spikes tactical. Haven't had a chance to test fire it yet but the last round bolt hold open works and i love the feel of the sb tactical pdw brace. should be a fun little range toy and might make a good suppressor hostView attachment 423172

It's a dedicated glock lower.
