I just bought a PSA ar10 lower and am looking to build put together a gun. How do you like it? Why are you selling?

I'm almost 70 yrs old and have some new health issues that make the extra weight hard to deal with. It runs really well and holds good groups on paper. I smoked a couple Nutria from 120yds, that's all I've used it for so far.
