I love how these jokers think our "national guard" constitutes as a militia.

In no way shape or form is a militia regulated and forced to go overseas by our very own Federal Government.. To which has grown to great with power.
Secondly, we have NOT let our men and women take their service rifles home.. Id sure like to bring that up in a debate..

4th

The right of the people to be secure in their persons, houses, papers, and effects, against unreasonable searches and seizures, shall not be violated, and no Warrants shall issue, but upon probable cause, supported by Oath or affirmation, and particularly describing the place to be searched, and the persons or things to be seized

2nd

A well regulated Militia, being necessary to the security of a free State, the right of the people to keep and bear Arms, shall not be infringed

Apparently "right of the people" doesn't apply to an individual in the 2nd amendment, but it does for the 1st and 4th.

It always baffles me how such well educated people can be so naive and dumb. He thinks he knows better than SCOTUS. Ridiculous.
