Private Messages and blocked access to information?

Reviewing my settings I have it set up so no one can see my information.

A member stated that because of this, they could not send me PMs.

I have been receiving PMs fine from others for my classifieds.

Is this something wrong with my settings?

I can't see my own info, but when I click on others screen names this always comes up.

Is this not showing for my screen name?

If not what setting did I mess up?

When I hover over your member name in a thread your basic profile pops up. When I click on your member name in the pop up I get the "Error" page.

@Greshamreloadr see above. Though my profile is locked, as are others, you should be able to still send me a message.

@Greshamreloadr in any thread or listing, on the left of your screen hover (do not click) your pointer/cursor of the members name. When the pop up opens for said member slide your pointer down and click on "Start Conversation"

On a tablet or phone I do have to tap the user name. If I then tap it again it takes me to the "user restricts who can access their account page" being as there is no curser.

Thanks to those that helped. Nothing is set up incorrectly on my account. Thread can be deleted/resolved.
