I encountered WILDLY off center flash holes in Perfecta ammo.
Oh sweet irony.
I just toss them when i encounter them, they are always sticking in my dies anyway.

It's probably messing with your head more than the accuracy of the round.

Of course, if it messes with your head, chances are good it'll mess with your accuracy.
