As new in box. Purchased in August. Mounted and sighted in, Reticle hold marks tested 100 to 500 yards, then removed and reboxed same day. Amazing optic. I had first shot hits out to 500 once zeroed. The ACSS red/green illuminated reticle is incredible with 55gr .223/5.56 but I need longer eye relief with my rifle. Ideal for carbine or AR pistol. Face to face in Bend area. $275. No optic trades. Possible trade for ammo at bulk discount pricing or maybe an interesting pocket pistol.

If by gen 2 you mean with the removable pic rail on top, then no. Purchased new in August.

Clarifying. It has the pic rail on top as pictured. It's just not removable like on the version that came out right after I bought this one.
