The person is a resident of Washington County and was not involved in any travel that would have led them to contract the virus

Presumptive makes me think the person is in hospital with a lung CT showing the same images that covid-19 gives, with similar symptoms.

I think there is a big shortage of test kits, which could be why it's still presumptive? Or their waiting for lab results still, which I kinda doubt because they would just wait for the results before going public.

Yes, Kate's presser has all her health authority minions present. Apparently the person with the virus is a school employee at Forest Hills elementary, closed until next Wednesday .
