Very nice. I have the opportunity to buy one very similar, still in blue. I believe it's an 8.5" barrel. The 357 should really fly with that long of a tube.

Huge difference between the two, too! And that's just an indication of the flexibility of the 41 Magnum if you're a handloader.

Love the 41 Mag. I don't have one anymore, but it's one of my favorites.
Here's the last one I had. Ruger Blackhawk made in '67 with a 6.5" barrel.

I had this one for many years and finally sold it. I didn't want to ditch the cartridge, but I wanted a DA revolver with a shorter barrel.
H110 pushed a 210gr Hornady XTP to 1350fps. It rocked and I packed it around the woods a lot and felt it was cumbersome to pack. I probably should have chopped the barrel to 5 or 5.5", bought a much better holster and just kept it.

Yeah .41 was an amazing round.
