Precision rifle gunsmithing-Portland, Beaverton area?

Hey guys,
Just moved up here from the coast a year ago.
I have a Remington 700 (well two actually), that I use for PRS shooting. Looking at getting a new barrel put on and some machining. Would like to have custom bolt knob installed and action blue printed while the barrel is off.
Can anyone make any good recommendations for someone in the Beaverton Portland area? Or really anywhere in NW Oregon/SW Washington. Would prefer not to ship across the country but will if I have to.
Anyone have any suggestions?
I'd say anywhere within a 3 or 4 hour drive would be okay.

I would recommend @Velzey 110% - I'm near you, but will make the drive (or ship) to Estacada every time, if that explains how happy i am with his work.

Also Wright rifle. They're in Albany or Lebanon I think. He builds benchrest rifles. Amazing work. Velzey is amazing too and has my complete confidence and a couple of my guns at this moment.
