1953 Winchester Model 70 in .270 Win
Very good condition overall
24" barrel
Ramped and hooded front sight
Weaver scope with Weaver rings
Has the original hand checkered Walnut stock and original sling mounts
Pachmayer decelerator butt pad

Bluing is very good
Stock has some handling marks, but it is in overall great condition
The checkering is very nice and deep!!
The bore is excellent

Cabela's has 2 Pre-64 model 70s in .270 both are $1100 with no optics and neither are as nice as this one.

$950 obo or trade for early lever action rifles or Colt SAA.

I will listen to any cash or cash/trade offers!! Worst I will say is no thanks!

I'm open to most gun trades. No, I don't have the rear sight, but one can be purchased from Numrich or a blank could be inserted. If someone were to offer a decent cash offer, I'd probably accept that too.
