    i have a 1953 model 70 featherweight in 308, the stock was refinished and has no checkering the metal has also been refinished, it has a redfield revolution 3x9x40 scope now 600.00 or 500.00 without optics

    Hey, just wondering how you came about this rifle and whether or not you had the refinishing done or if it was a previous owner.
