I'm going to be working with some thermo-plastic and attempting to make some custom, semi-rigid speedloader holsters for my revolvers. I'm not certain about the operating temperature tolerances of factory ammo, but I might be subjecting them to temps upwards of 200 degrees, F.

What I'd like is 6 to 12 rounds that have no powder or even a primer. Sure I could use the factory ammo I have, but I would rather not put the cartridges through that extreme temperature change. I don't have a reloading set-up or I'd do the work myself.
