300BLK I had for about a month. Someone else loved it more than I.

I just installed the M-Lok version of that rail on my BCM LW 14.5" mid-length, put new life right in it, I'm liking it. I'm putting a Scalarworks PEAK rear sight on it.

I love it it. Looks awesome, free float, pretty light for a quadrail. Its rock solid too.

Just realized I never actually posted my lightweight build. It's at 5lbs 3oz as shown here. My kids love shooting it, between the lightweight BCG, the tuned gas block and the brake on the 14.5" Faxon pencil it is a hoot to shoot one handed.

It's a Faxon pin/weld barrel and brake with a Faxon lightweight BCG. It does open up a little after a few magazines, but it maintains a tight enough group that it doesn't matter for something like 3 gun. I may switch it to a gunner barrel at some point, which should make it less heat sensitive, but as is it cools so fast that it really isn't noticeable unless you are just mag dumping.

Just like the title says. This is the thread to show off your new purchases, builds, and gather ideas. I`ll be starting it off with my latest, SAA SA15 I scored for $600 OTD used from SAA Saturday afternoon. Some of you may recognize it from TFB, it was yesterday`s POTD (which makes me very happy). It`s obvious someone was playing with RIT dye and ended up making it Jacksonville Jags Blue. Still, I like that it`s been dubbed "The Makita M4". The sharper-eyed observers (or those looking to oust me as a fake, egads!) may also notice the differences between TFB`s photo and the ones I am now uploading. To explain those discrepancies I was playing around in some photo-editing stuff. The plan now is to install either a Free-floated rail system gifted from a friend or B5 keymods as well as B5`s SOPMOD butt and a 1-4X scope in my Burris PEPR mount. I`d also like to replace the barrel with a 16-inch match grade 1:8 with a Wylde chamber. I`d have sent some better photos to TFB but I couldn`t keep my hands steady in the rain.

My BCM RECCE-16 build. Lower receiver is from Rainier arms but everything else is BCM. Hopefully I'll shoot it for the first time next week.
